Sometimes I get the chance to shoot luxury properties on the Central Coast. Leffingwell Ranch is such a place. Whitewater views to the lighthouse and an endless horizon. $9,900,000 takes it. The Central Coast is full of surprises.
Well designed interiors fascinate me. It’s proof that someone with vision and aesthetic experience is able to calm the soul with materials and color. Kim and Leslie Eady of Cambria Shores Inn have just renovated the best dog-friendly motel on Moonstone Beach. Nick over at Grow Nursery crafted the landscaping, and Brooks Lawrence of Brooks Lawrence Design hand-crafted the tables and head boards in every room. As fate would have it, our paths crossed and I was asked to do an image essay on the establishment for the upcoming web site makeover and other marketing material. What you see here is just a sampling of my favorites.

When you see a cool place it’s most likely because there are cool people managing cool things. Such is the case with Grow Nursery in Cambria, Ca. I stopped by to see what was going on there and was inspired, but not surprised. If you stop in Nick Wilkinson will be there to help with any questions or design ideas for your garden. Nick has a great sense of living design and he is so mellow and easy to chat with. By far it has the best view of any nursery I’ve ever seen and the sprinkler collection is a must see. Enjoy.
